    Free · 30 minutes · with Gwen

A first conversation about what you need next.

The free 30-minute Clarity Call is a chance to talk with Gwen about what you are looking for, ask questions and explore the five-session G.R.I.E.F. Method™. You can decide later whether you want to apply.

Choose a face-to-face call locally in Caithness and North Sutherland, or meet online by Zoom from elsewhere in the UK or internationally. The call is a conversation, not one of the programme sessions or a commitment to enrol.

No need to prepare or have the right words. Share only what feels comfortable.
